With Letter 2788C the IRS is asking you to update your records with Form 8822B. Send this form to them by certified mail. The IRS also sends this Letter to Individuals.

It is important to continue to receive IRS notices so keep them updated with your current address. When you file the next return the business address will be automatically changed. But, in the meantime, it is important to continue to receive notices from the IRS.
