El formulario que todos presentamos cada a\u00f1o es un tipo de declaraci\u00f3n, pero no es la \u00fanica.  Si presenta una declaraci\u00f3n y le debe al IRS, ellos le van a enviar un <a href=\"http:\/\/taxhelplaw.com\/sptax\/soluciones\/cobros\/aviso-cp714\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aviso CP714<\/a> con los detalles de la deuda.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Muchas veces, si ya est\u00e1 involucrado en un procedimiento del IRS, le pedir\u00e1n que firme varias admisiones de responsabilidad. Estos documentos pueden considerarse una \"declaraci\u00f3n\" porque est\u00e1 jurando la verdad como aqu\u00ed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p>Bajo pena de perjurio, declaro que he examinado esta declaraci\u00f3n y los anexos y declaraciones que la acompa\u00f1an y, a mi leal saber y entender, son verdaderos, correctos y completos.\u201d<\/p>\n<cite>Formulario 1040<\/cite><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dado que la cl\u00e1usula de atestaci\u00f3n es una declaraci\u00f3n jurada, el contribuyente verifica la veracidad de la declaraci\u00f3n bajo pena de perjurio. Si un contribuyente no tiene registros de ingresos, est\u00e1 obligado a estimar razonablemente la cantidad. Del mismo modo, un contribuyente tambi\u00e9n debe estimar razonablemente todas las deducciones a las que tiene derecho. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo tanto, ser\u00eda un error exigir a un contribuyente que revele honestamente sus ingresos sin permitirle al mismo tiempo las deducciones razonables de esos ingresos, a pesar de la falta de pruebas contundentes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No necesita presentar toda la evidencia a su preparador de impuestos cuando preparan sus declaraciones. Sin embargo, debe ordenar sus pruebas para tener un registro de los hechos y evitar sanciones por negligencia en el mantenimiento de registros. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h6 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-deducciones\">Deducciones <\/h6>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay 2 tipos de deducciones: personales y comerciales. Muchas de las deducciones personales aparecen en el Anexo A. Las deducciones comerciales aparecen en presentaciones separadas (por ejemplo, Formularios 1120S, 1165) o en un Anexo C adjunto a su Formulario 1040. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las deducciones comerciales deben ser normales y necesarias. El m\u00e9todo para producir correctamente las deducciones es copiar tanto las facturas como los pagos. Col\u00f3quelos en orden cronol\u00f3gico con cintas adhesivas dobles en la parte superior.
