PASOS DE CASOS A SEGUIR PARA PROCESOS PENALES:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. No haga declaraciones.<\/li>\n
  2. Pida identificaci\u00f3n al investigador del IRS.<\/li>\n
  3. M\u00e1rchese o cierre la puerta.<\/li>\n
  4. Llame al Lic. Hopkins en Colorado Springs o Pueblo o haga clic aqu\u00ed<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  5. Obtenga los avisos que tenga del IRS<\/a>.<\/li>\n
  6. Traiga los documentos (o env\u00ede a otra persona) a la cita con el abogado.

    Puede ser que usted ni sepa que lo est\u00e1n investigando hasta que los agentes del IRS le piden una entrevista. Tal vez, al principio no revelen que son investigadores de casos penales. Una investigaci\u00f3n penal puede surgir de una acci\u00f3n civil pero generalmente son acciones separadas.<\/p>\n

    Muchos contribuyentes no son culpables de evasi\u00f3n de impuestos pero se han asociado con personas que no pagan, o protestan los impuestos o son deshonestos. La investigaci\u00f3n incluir\u00e1 a estas personas tambi\u00e9n.<\/p>\n

    Si usted no es culpable de evasi\u00f3n de impuestos pero el IRS lo quiere entrevistar, es recomendable contratar a un abogado fiscal. Si el IRS lo quiere entrevistar, haga lo siguiente:<\/p>\n

    1. P\u00eddales identificaci\u00f3n y escriba toda la informaci\u00f3n.
    \n2. D\u00edgales que usted quiere contratar a un abogado y no les de ninguna informaci\u00f3n.
    \n3. No diga nada y v\u00e1yase o p\u00eddales amablemente que ellos se vayan.<\/p>\n

    Si el FBI lo arresta:<\/p>\n

    1. No haga declaraciones
    \n2. Coopere, y
    \n3. Llame al Lic. Hopkins.
    \n4. No haga declaraciones en la c\u00e1rcel tampoco. A veces en las celdas hay infiltrados que pueden tratar de obtener su declaraci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n
