Los intereses se pueden rebajar o eliminar si el IRS retras\u00f3 su caso pero esto es raro.<\/p>\n<p>Las multas no se pueden deducir pero se podr\u00edan exentar a trav\u00e9s de un proceso llamado Reducci\u00f3n de Multa. En el manual del IRS hay una lista de <a class=\"popup\" href=\"\/\/www.irs.gov\/irm\/part20\/irm_20-001-001r.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><strong>razones<\/strong><\/a> (en ingl\u00e9s) usadas para eximirlo de las multas. El abogado fiscal tiene que comprobar que la raz\u00f3n por la cual usted no ha presentado sus impuestos, o no los ha pagado, es por una causa razonable y no por negligencia culpable.<\/p>\n<p>No hay un formulario espec\u00edfico para esta solicitud.
